Crossroads Impact Corp Welcomes Two Senior Executives to Team
New leadership members are integral as the company continues to expand
Dallas, TX – Crossroads Impact Corp, an innovative, responsible financial lending institution that is committed to investing in businesses that promote economic vitality and community development has hired Lisa Narrell-Mead as Chief Operating/Risk Officer and Carlos Treistman as General Counsel. The two tenured professionals have an extensive background in their respective fields and have worked for Crossroads under contract prior.

Narrell-Mead’s extensive experience includes serving as an attorney, consultant, and executive in law and corporate financial services. Under Mead’s guidance, she will oversee Crossroads’ risk, administrative and operational initiatives. She is a professional in all aspects of strategic planning, risk management, regulatory compliance, and human relations. Narrell-Mead has a strong personal commitment to serving her community and developing ways to ensure financial inclusion for all. She has served in many roles assisting not for profits and donating time and resources. “The mission and successful service to underserved by Crossroads Impact has been phenomenal. Treistman’s legal career spans over three decades of experience representing clients in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, privatizations, joint ventures, infrastructure development projects, and private equity transactions for many Fortune 500® companies. He previously held roles at various global elite law firms, including senior partner, lead relationship partner for multi-national Fortune 50® clients, managing partner, head of corporate practices, and founder and chair of multiple firm-wide Latin America practices. Treistman has provided counsel to clients in nearly every country in Latin America and is a recognized leader with a clear understanding of the nuances of handling complex business transactions throughout the region. Treistman’s role at Crossroads will continue to build upon his capabilities and strategic alliances into new markets.
