About Gingee Prince

Gingee Prince brings more than 20 years of impact investing experience to her role as chief impact officer at Crossroads Impact Corp and Enhanced Capital Group. In these positions, Prince oversees the creation and implementation of each firm’s impact and environmental, social and governance strategies and practices.

Since she joined Enhanced in 2003, she has served in many investment capacities, including as managing director for Enhanced Capital’s Wyoming investment fund. She also has participated in various business development initiatives within the firm, including the creation of public-private investment programs.

Prince has extensive experience founding and growing companies in the computer, telecommunications and private investment industries. Prior to her role at Enhanced, she worked with Reservoir Capital Group, a New York-based investment firm with more than $6.5 billion currently under management. Prince also co-founded two hardware companies, New Media Corp. and InterWorks Computer Products. InterWorks was successfully sold to Sanmina Corp. in July 2000.

Prince serves on the board of a number of portfolio companies, including Vertical Harvest Farms and Wyoming Authentic Products. Over the years, she also has invested in and consulted with many early-stage businesses, providing financial, operational and fundraising advisory services.

Prince holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California Berkeley.
